Barbara Colbert

Barbara Colbert works as a Maternal Child Health Outreach Specialist at the Oklahoma City-County Health Department where she provides education and awareness on Infant Mortality in Canadian, Cleveland, Logan Oklahoma, and Pottawatomie counties. Barbara also works with the Infant Mortality Alliance (IMA) where she helped develop a mentoring program for pregnant mothers called “The Leading Ladies for Healthy Babies”. Barbara has served as the Oklahoma Public Health Association Treasurer for the last three years. Barbara is very active in her church and in the community. Barbara’s degree is Criminal Justice with a paralegal emphasis.
